The first round of division-centric features has been introduced to the Breeze for Teachers technology. To access the division reporting and auditing feature as well as the help desk system simply click on the new Division tab from the top navigation bar.

Administrative accounts at the division level will be able to view reports on school activity with the website which includes usage of various features like news, events, homework and activities. By selecting a school, usage reports will be available on a per-account basis.
Re: Division Help Desk
The Division Help Desk feature will allow administrative accounts at the division level to impersonate accounts throughout the division to provide in-house technical support as well as make critical changes to account-specific information.
